Tier 1 Dependent VISA - Urgent Advice Needed

Post by RamD1982 » Thu Aug 19, 2010 1:13 am

Hi Guys,
I am working UK on General Tier 1 Visa from 24 July 2010.
Prior to that, I was in UK on General Tier 1 from DEC 2009 – Mar 2010.
I have applied my wife’s dependent visa and will submit below document list to VFS office.

Document List
1) Cover Letter
2) VAF 10 form
3) 3 month Bank statement having bank logo, my name and current leaving address.
[Note: Bank Balance is more than 3000£ for last 4 month]
4) 2 month salary slips having company logo, company UK address and attested by HR Team
a. July Month salary will be from 24 July – 31 July
b. Full Aug Month Salary
5) Proof of Employment letter having company logo, company UK Address
6) National Insurance number
7) All 36 pages of my Passport
8 ) Tenancy Agreement starting from 23 July
9) Water Bill
10) Council tax letter
11) Electricity Bill
12) Marriage Certificate
13) Marriage Card
14) 3/4 Marriage Photographs [few group photos and few couple]
15) Wife’s Passport sized photographs as per VFS site guidance

My main worries are
1) I have only 2 month salary slips though fund maintained is higher than 3000£ for last 3/4 month.
Is it sufficient?
2) Any document is not satisfying the visa guidelines

Any advice on this scenario is always welcome.

Pleased advice as earliest.

Thanks !
~Ram

seems to be ok.

dont attach all 36 page. attach the first 2 page and visa page thats enough.

increase the number of pictures should be 20+

TELEPHONE BILL/ MOBILE bill/ emails for subsisting relation ship.

2 months is ok, but I would recommend you to send 3 months payslips. with exact amount reflection on statement

you can ask you rcompany to give your paylsip. And even if you were in India on leave you must have recieved payment and there must be a offcial payslip against it.. or do you work in contract?
