HRMC registration required outside UK?

HI Guys,

i am planning to show my previous earnings as salary from employer + money gained as individual contractor (from india and not an employee of any consultancy)

when i read policy, it mentions registration with HRMC for individual contractors.

my question is, do i need to register with HRMC even if i am working as individual contractor outside UK?

Anyhow, registration with HMRC is for only people earning income in the UK and /or liable to pay taxes in the UK.
