Hie i am a failed asylum seeker who has failed three times .I have now decided to either get married to my partner who is a british national or get a visa on the basis that my children to her are british and leave here with her and me.The problem is home office dont believe our relationship is real despite the fact we have 2 children together,and my other problem is the bill with both our names on it has a wrong initial for me which i didnt change due to being naive or stupid ,take a pick.I dont want to go back to my country because i fear i might not get a visa to come back.Any help please.
