Tire1: where to submit the out-of-UK application

Hello, I would like to know where where to submit the application for Tire1 while applying from Bangladesh, Is it directly to UKBA, UK or VFS, Bangladesh

Hi Aruni and thanks for the information though I am still little confused. Can you/any1 advise from Bangladesh, should the submission center for tier 1 is VFS Bangladesh or UKBA directly

Tier 1 applications are decided upon by local BHCs and the application is submitted directly to local BHC or through the VAC (visa application center) appointed in that country.

In your case, VFS Bangladesh.

thanks, now fully understood. lastly i would like to know, if i have to submit my documents in local vfs, how workpermit.com can help to process my documents?

Yes, you would have to visit your local VFS and submit your application along with fee, documents and your biometric details.
