Do i have to show divorce certificate for naturalisation app

I divorced my ex wife a few years ago after coming to the UK. The divorce was registered at the embassy of my home country. The certificate is in a foreign language. Do I have to provide this certificate when I apply for citizenship? If so, do I have to have it translated professionally with a signature and stamp from a recognised translator or can I just translate it myself?
