Is it possibly to log in an asylum claim while I still have an outstanding application at the home office for FLR (O) under article 8?

it doesnt sound very convincing IMHO if you are having to ask such a question as to are you scared enough to apply for asylum rather than wait on your FLR(O).

However you can withdraw your FLR(O) application and seek asylum yes, then all HR aspects of your initial FLR(O) application can be considered within your asylum claim.
