Good Sign?PLZ Help

Post by Tier1G2010 » Mon Aug 23, 2010 11:41 am

Hi Members.

I had applied for tier 1 General(salaried + self employed)in June before the new changes in rules.I have sent all the required documents but Home office refuse my application by saying that 1 document is missing in my self employment papers.

I wrote a letter to home office in last month(July) and asked them to review their decision.

Today I receive their reply in which home office is asking me to submit my passport and pictures.I sent my passport and pictures before 1 hour by recorded mail.

I just want to know IS it a good sign that they are asking for my pictures and passport again?

Will they stamp visa this time?

And finally proximately how many days this process will take?

I am very tense now plz help me with the above questions.

Advance thanks to every one and have a nice day

Request to send your passport (and photographs) is a good sign. No other reason for asking for these things again .. If UKBA doesn't want to issue you leave to remain!

Perhaps time to cheer up!

That's a good question but one that members may fail to answer but only speculate about.
