Tier 1 Visa Application Status

I had applied for Tier1 visa on 12 July 2010 at Pune VFS office. I am still waiting for the result. On their website, my application is still in processing status. I am getting the same status, even on the phone.

Could you please share your application status, if you had applied during the same time frame.

I need my passport ASAP to submit in my office to process visa for another country. Can some one please suggest what can I do in this regard.

Every application is assessed on the merits of evidence(s) submitted alongwith and therefore not every application can be expected to follow the same timeline. No one but UKBA / BHC can advise you on processing time for your application - why it took so less or why it is taking so long?

If application is submitted outside the UK, please see UKVisas website for statistical information on visa processing times and contact local BHC to enquire about your application if customer service standards have been exceeded. Alternatively, you may search the forum for timelines already posted by successful applicants.
