Where to send the admistrative review?

I would like to send the administrative review but it is unclear where should i send it to ? would somebody please advise me where can i send it to ?and should i send it to the high commission where i applied before?.thanks

There is no address on the on the Request Notice, but the refusal letter show a post reference!would you mind clarify in which form is the request Notice ?

Should be the local BHC where your application was assessed and issued you the refusal notice.
