Tenancy agreement for parents

Hi,
I am planning to apply family visit visa for my mother. I am living at my uncle's house where I dont pay any rent. There is no tenancy agreement I have. What should I show for proof of accommodation for my mother's visit visa?

Yours uncle letter for accommodation
Their property deeds+utility bills
Property Inspection report
