changes from visitor visa to student visa...

Hi everyone,
I am an Indian on a visitor visa in Ireland presently. I am here to check out some colleges however, just gotten to know about CIMA, ACCA accounting courses. I was interested in applying for these courses.
Kindly help me acertain some of my doubts please.....

1. Are there any good colleges that provide tuition to study these courses.
2. Can I change my visitors' visa status to Study Visa from Ireland (Presently in the country) (Iam from India).
3. As I carry Accounting Professional Exp. from India. Would that help me secure a job over here or in the UK/ Europe.
4. Can I work with any Accounting form while in Ireland while studying these courses.

Kindly help me shed some light on the above.....

no, you cannot change the your status while in ireland. you have to leave the country and apply for study visa.
