Passport issue

Passport issue

we have sumbitted the onlnie application form for the settlement visa, and we have got an appoiment at the rome embassy this wed, i have a britsh passport and my partner as a pakistani passport which is now valvid for ten montths will this be a problem only noticed this now otherwise we would have renewd the passport but we have already sumitted the oline application.

any help will do. Thank you

Hi Samira,
Just out of curiosity, can we apply visa for settlement via UK Embassy in Rome. Or is it that your husband is working in Rome so he is eigible to apply from there. I am a Pakistani national and my wife british.
