Banking Professional--Searching for job

My educational qualification is B cm, MBA(Mktng & HR). I have worked in India in Banking & Financial Service sector for 7+ years in various funxtions viz.customr relationship,custore Servie Manager,Sales,Operations,Trade Finance,KYC role.
I have worked here with a bank in Operations (doing KYC & Compliance) for 6 months.
I need help from forum members in the following:
1) How to search for a job in Banking Industry in London.
2) Where can I do an additional qualification in KYC and/or RISK and/or COMPLIANCE.
