Hi to all,
I have a question about graduate level job clause.My case is quite straight forward as i get 5 points for under28,15 for graduate,35 points for salary £40000 and above and as i have 2 yrs experience in india beginning 2002sep-till oct2004 which was of travel agent.Now i understand that in UK travel agent is not a gradutae level job but in india it is a graduate level job and where i have worked that company mimimum requires graduates for that process and designation(customer care executive).After that nov2004 i moved to uk on working holiday visa and now working in heathrow airport as a travel agent again,though here it is not a graduate level job.I am really very much confused about this point where as all my other points are very much straight forward and clear.Can you please advise me if i will be getting points for that clause-2 yrs experience as a travel agent after graduation and that job was graduate level only when i was in back india(coz minimum qualification is graduate for that).Coz then i gain 20 points more for that and simply qualify for HSMP.

Please advise.

What I understood so far is the organization's requirement og graduate level of education for a work can not qualify as HSMP means. However, regardless of the country, if your job profile contains tasks that demand decision making, supervisory role, managerial skills analytical skills it can be qualified as graduate level job. Not to take any risk, better you go through the case worker's guidance notes or ask to HSMP customet care services.

thansk keshav for your reply........do u have any email address to contact specialised person for HSMP case.as i m too new for this website...If you can help me by passing some case worker email id or contact wud begreat.If nt thats all okay as well...
