Which is cheaper?

Post by Sky_High » Fri Aug 27, 2010 8:45 pm

Parents just got ILR with their 1 year old daughter. Now daughter is eligible to apply for citizenship.

1- Parents and daughter can apply citizenship at the same time.(One year later)

2- Daughter can apply now and parents can apply in 1 year's time.

Whic method is cheaper for poor dad who has just paid £1.4K for all family's ILR?

Option 2 is cheaper, only in the sense that the prices are more than likely to go up next year otherwise they are both the same.

Parents applying together will get a 'discount' but child fee will be the same whether she applies at the same time as parents or not
