Green card question

Post by lasvegasjr » Sun Apr 02, 2006 8:15 am

Hi everyone

I just have an easy question (i think). I am a united kingdom citizen and have now recieved my green card though marridge to a us citizen.it is a condional 2 year green card, my question that i would like to travel back to the UK for a couple of weeks to see family and friends. Is my Green card enough to get back into the USA with my UKpassport or do i need to get my passport stamped by the immigration centre that approved my green card.

Many thanks

Your GC is good to go and all you need 8) - some inspectors want to see a passport too...just pass it over and smile..until you naturalise best to co-operate with DHS. Such often saves you lengthy trips to secondary. Have a safe flight.
