hi, the evidence of maintenance funds (main applicant+dependent) is taken care by my bank statement. Other than the passport+application form does the dependent need send along any other evidences while applying together with the main applicant?

thanks- what if my name is mentioned as a spouse in my wife's passport. Will that be sufficient?

IMO, it is better to submit your marriage certificate.
