Non objection certificate (NOC)

Hi there
can anyone please help me out about this query, i am totally messed up with this? I am now in PSW, and if I got the work permit from a company, can the company issue me a NOC so that I can work some other place instead of that comany?
is it possible?
please help me...

Is there such a certificate? Isn't it just a case of getting a Tier 2 visa to enable you to work for a different employer?

There is no such certificate called NOC approved by home office that will enable you to work for other employers while on employment with a company.
