VAF9 question 5.6 and 5.7 - Request urgent reply -

I have one year old child who is not accompany me now and I will apply for wife and kid later...

do i need to fursnish detail for kid in question 5.6 and 5.7 of VAF9

Do you have any children under 18 accompanying you or
joining you at a later date? If ‘Yes’ please provide full details about the child/children

If ‘No’ go to Question 5.8

do i need to submit child's birth certificate

please help me with the answers of above queston asap...
