Tier1 extension period

Hi
I have tier 1 visa from July 2008 to valid till July 2011

I am in India from 2009 and worked for Indian company

I got offer now in uk so can I
Go for tier 1 extension with 9 months pay slips with enough qualifying points

Is there is any rule that I have to be in uk for last 1 year before going for tier 1 general extension

No rule like that. If you qualify for extension with less than 12 months earnings, you can apply for extension.
