Admin review for in-country Tier 1 applications

Just for my info, what happens if an incountry Tier 1 visa gets rejected and we find that the case worker has made an obvious mistake by overlooking something? Incountry refusals mention that there is no right to appeal. In such a case, what is the means to get the obvious error, on part of the case worker, rectified?

Ask for a reconsideration on the basis that an error has been made.
