scores for outside applicants? tier 1

Hi guys

I am totally confused. When I have been doing assesment after 19th of july and when i read the updated policy for tier 1 applicants it said that minimum requried score was 80 . same happened when i did assesment . i received 95 and near the score it said the the required one was 80 . now on the website it says that required score raised from 95 to 100 ? is that true? why would the assesment form give the wrong score band then or maybe i am misunderstanding something ?

Before 19th July, the minimum points requirements were 75 in the attributes section and 20 for english proficiency and maintainence funds, thus 95 in all. Afater 19th July, the requirements are 80 in attributes and 20 for english proficiency and maintainence funds, thus 100 in all. Hope that makes it clear.
