RECENTLY GOT TIER 2?

any one recently got tier 2 specially those who have applied in may and early june.
how much time we have after that we can complain? is there any way to contact british High cOmmission where they actually give some response
Are there many people who are sufffering from this delay?

I applied on July 27th 2010 and still no answer. I gave my biometrics on August 4th and I'm still waiting to get my documents back. I've called a couple of times and the answer that I got was: keep waiting! It is so frustrating!! I cannot believe these people are taking so long to get that done!
I hope to get my documents back soon, this is driving me crazy.

I have been waiting for 9 weeks since biometrics; you can only imagine how pissed off I am right now. I dont even know what to say. At this point I just want my certificates and documents back. I have had enough.

I have applied for my Tier-2 visa extension and still waiting. Here are the dates:

Monday, 16/Aug: I applied by Royal mail next day delivery
Tuesday,17/Aug: Home office deducted the fees from Credit card
Friday, 20/Aug: I got Biometric enrollment request
Saturday, 21/Aug: Submitted biometric in one of Post Office braches

I am still waiting for my passport/visa to be returned. When I contacted home office they told only applications due over 14 weeks can only be entertained by them.
