Bonus and Holiday/Travel Bonus- Are Previous Earnings?

Hello, I am about to file a T1 and would like to know Seasonal Bonus(2 times of basic salary) and Travel/Holiday Bonus (3 times of net salary) can be included in previous earnings? also advise if performance bonus can be added in the previous earnings, ie:
month gross salary description
jan10 xxx salary
feb10 xxx salary
feb10 xxx performance apprisal
march10 xxx salary
april10 xxx salary
may10 xxx salary
may10 xxx eid festive bonus
