Sending in pages of application form after applying

Just wondering if you are allowed to send amended page(s) of tier 2 form with new information which your application is being considered i.e ticking boxes you didnt tick on the application form you sent earlier to the ukba which is now being considered.

If you are allowed to do that, how do you go about it given they say no contact till after 14 weeks
