WHSmith tenancy agreement

Post by rajb » Tue Sep 07, 2010 6:26 am

Hi,

Tenancy agreement from WH Smith has only one sheet of paper with agreement particulars to be written and signed on one side and on the reverse side the terms and conditions.

Tenancy Agreement from letting agency is 16-20 pages.
Will 1 sheet tenancy agreement from WH Smith be a problem or are there any other documents to be attached with WH Smith agreement.

Thanks,
Raj

WH Smith agreement is good enough as long as it has all the signatures in it. Its also good to submit other proofs such as council tax, utility bill etc.
