Dear all

I got the question, but can not find an answer yet.
So, is there any possibility at all, to switch from dependent visa (Tier1 General, dependent) to any other visas, due to a divorce coming throught in a few month time? As i understand, that as soon as it happend, i got to leave the UK, unless otherwise?

Thanks

You may change to any immigration category for which you qualify. But you cannot do it from within the UK and will need to return to home country to apply for EC under the category you qualify for.
