dependent visa

Me who is the main applicant will be applying for indefinite leave to remain with my 2 children under 16.Since i passed life in the UK test and my husband has not ,can he apply later before his visa expires,for extension of stay in the UK?

When you are granted settlement, your spouse will need to apply for extension of stay as spouse of settled person using FLR(M) form.

From what you have stated it would appear that your husband also ented the United Kingdom as your dependent. As long as he has valid leave to remain he can apply for an extension of stay later. Furthermore if you have already been granted ILR it will be benefical in his aplication.
