Form 16

Hi,
Iam applying for Tier1 in this month...submitting payslips and bank statements for the last 12months.
Does I need to submit Form16 too. I don't want to submit it if it's not mandatory.

Its not mandatory to sumbit Form 16.

Its not mandatory to submit the Form 16. However, I submitted the Form-16 and got the VISA.

Is it ok?

Bank statement should also be required along with the Salary letter from your employer. Make sure that you get the 12 months statement printed and signed on Bank Stationary.
