I know was he was going to fly out to help with the pakistan floods and due to return on the 6/10/10

For question 8.4.6 When did you last see your sponsor what date shall I put as my wife will apply when I am in pakistan. So shall I put the date I am leaving pakistan even tho she will apply before I leave???

Also 8.4.7 How do you keep in touch with your sponsor?

Well at the time of submitting application I will be in pakistan with wife so what what shall I put.

i was in the exact same position as i also went to submit my case , so i was confused about the date aswel, i spoke to my solicitor and got his advice on it. i cant remeber the answer to 8.4.6 right now but i will have to look at the copy of my application when i get home and get back to you.

in regards to 8.4.7 i wrote via phone calls, post cards and visits . If there is anything extra you have used i.e. e-mail also add that aswel

for 8.4.6 you can just put the month/year you dont have to put a specific date. for example i wrote august 2010 cuz i submitted the case in august and came back within the same month

i don't think it's good idea. you live in uk not in pak. that will be your temp stay in pak. just put your normal addrrss.

yes genious is right i did the same thing, i put ' in the uk and wrote down my uk address , even though i was in pakistan at the time of submiting the case, because thats just classed as a visit they wana know where you live . Anyways by the time the eco looks at the app you will be back in uk.

i know i wanted to but had to come back due to work commitments , didnt want to get fired lol also parents and rest of family was ere and didnt wana do eid without them either.

mkak my Sponser(wife) send them e mail but they reply like this below and evem they did not contect to employer yet so what that means i am confused.

I was informed that the English Law will not come in to effect as it failed to pass in some level of the government. Not sure if it’s true or not. Will look into it and keep you all posted

i am 22 and my wife stays in Pakistan it will be 2 years this December since we got married,i didn't have a job before so therefore couldn't apply i opened my own business in February this year and so in June i had the paperwork to go ahead and submit the application,

the details of my application are as follow

submitted on -22/06/10
status -application forwarded to islamabad OC on 22/06/10

just would like to know if any other brothers or sisters who have applied around the same time as me have had any kind of change in their status or any word back from anyone at all?

my employer has still not been contacted...it will be 2 months for my partner next week...i can see a long wait unfortunately...just hoping the outcome is good!

do they give any information to the sponsor, or does the applicant have to email?

when a decision is made, is the sponsor informed at all?because hopefully if my partner gets the, i have a feeling my partner would just turn up, as he would want to surprise me!
