jobs in UK and Ireland for overseas

Dear Friends,
I want to relocate to UK and Ireland. I am Telecommunication Engineer from Pakistan, have 4 years of work experience in optical fibre and radio transmission in Pakistan's largest telecom service provider. I am not getting passing points under HSMP. The other option that is left is to get work permit. Can anybody tell me about companies in telecom and engineering sector which have oppotunities for overseas employess?

it would be hard to get a job without working permit, it's painful to get the employer to sponsor you as the home office is really strict in employing foreigners. my case for example i had been job hunting for 1 year and no results.
