English letter format from Bangalore university

Hi,

I m a Srilankan who did BCA(bachelor of computer application ) in Bangalore university.
I completed my degree in 2005. Since I stay here in srilanka, it’s very difficult me to get an english certificate from Bangalore university saying that my degree taught in English.

If any one got a letter from Bangalore University, Please help me. Please contact me(shehangperera@gmail.com). I need a copy of it. I can pay if you need. As getting a work from Bangalore University while staying here is impossible task. and I got failed many times .
Even my college is not supporting, all are asking money and nobody replying .Can any one help me.

Any such letter wont serve any purpose. What do you need it for?

Advise you read the guidance notes thoroughly, especially the section on English language requirement.
