Documents for Spouse Visa

Post by iceman010899 » Mon Sep 20, 2010 10:30 pm

Hi,

1 ) Do the documents for Spouse visa such as P60, payslips have to be originals ? Can they be certified copies ?

2) Do I need to give reasons of money transfers between accounts ? I have transfererred money from my savings account to current account.

Thank you.

1. The sponsor's documents must all be originals except for the passport which can be a certified copy.

2. I presume not provided you can show that the money has been transferred from another account which is held in your name.

since you have to get a letter from the bank saying that the statements the provide are true they can also show open date and where large transfers have been made from.
