AOA shazaz the landlord wont be contacted and most likely they wont contact the registry office. My understanding is that this is advisable, personally I contacted my local council who did a quick inspection for £90
3) form of communication, i have got Email, phone bills, do i really need handwritten letters.(some lawyer told me to write and send some letters and then attach with envelop, i've got married 15 months ago)
You should be fine with emails and phone bills, i've been following this board since March and I have not heard of anyone being advised to submit hand writeen letters, nor did my solicitor advise me to submit them.
4) on tenancy agreement, do i need to write landlords phone number, do they contact landlords, shall i give only postal address or phone number is necessary.
My landlady provided me with a letter to state that I am the tenant and that I pay her rent every month, this letter only included her postal address. I also submitted a tenancy agreement. My landlady was not contacted.

from the info provided by other members on the fourm whos employers have been contacted it seems they usually ask basic info such as : they ask the employer if the person is employed at the company, when the person started the job, their working hours / pay , contract type, if the person is in office today, their job title, ect.... Basically they confirming if all the deatails you gave them were correct.
