Hello Everyone,

I have done my MCA and the course was taught in English.

Is any one in this forum who got tier1 visa with the qualification as MCA help me with my queries;

.1. What I need to select in the Qualification section in PBS calculator.
As I have selected "Masters Degree" in this section. Please correct me if I am wrong.

.2. What I need to select in the Course section in PBS calculator as I dont see "MCA" in this section.

.3. Also I could see my university in the university section in PBS calculator.

.4. What documents I need to give for the English language.

Experts in this forum please help me... as it is very urgent.

You need to mention your course subject not the title of your degree. You can select 'IT/Computer Science' as your course is related to IT.

I have done my MCA. Can I claim my points for English language based on my Master degree or we have to claim points for english language based only on our bachlore degree.

By the way my university is listed in the PBS calculator.

If Yes, do I need to submit my bachlor degree certificate and marksheet along with my master degree.

You can claim points for English language with your Masters degree if the PBS calculator awards you points in the English language requirement section and in this case you dont have to submit your bachelors degree.

I am also MCA from National Inst of Tech.
Though, I am yet to hear the verdict, I applied with my MCA degree for both Qualification and Language section on 20th Sep. So, hopefully, I will let forum know soon. no use, if you have immediate appointment.

I submitted Master's degree certificate.
I also put my 6 semester marksheet. I didn't need to. But, MCA is 3 year course, so better to show 'look, these are 6 marksheet for 3 year course'.

Select IT/Comp.Sc. Esp check if you get points in English section.
Qualification section, mostly, you get it. Put any masters.
