Application in PO Box

Hi, My Tier-1 application by royalmail post to UKBA is sitting in the PO Box for the last 3 days. Any idea how often they collect it?

how do you know that is sitting in the P.O box?
Did you send by recorded or normal delivery? coz royal mail is too lazy in updating... so wait for few more days ..

Hi, I have sent it through recorded delivery- so I can track it online.

BTW, will i get a receipt from UKBA once they collect it?

royal mail takes more than a week to update..even if you call they give wrong information..so just relax.. once ukba received your application the send acknowledgement letter in 2 to 3 weeks time..

There are also many instances where the applicants did not receive the acknowledgement letters but got their visas.
