My date of Birth is 10th August 1981. 29 years and 1 months old so would i get 20 points of less. Will i consider at less than 30 years old or not..

Where do i confirm that i can get 20 points for less than 30 year old.? Please give me quick reply. I am going to Public office next tuesday.
