VFS Mumbai South: Time lines

Does any one can share experience with VFS Mumbai South with regard to the time they take to process the application.

It is not VFS who process the applications but the British High Commission!

I hae checked on the VFS website; however it generally does not take so much time for processing. When personally contactated VFS they mentioned since you have never travelled to UK in the past it will take more time.
Any one has any experience with regard to this one?
