reduced visa fee for dependents

My dependents are in Pakistan, I have been in uk for 16 months. now I am applying for my extension. Can I apply the visa of my dependents at the same time ( when applying for extension ) to facilitate the reduced visa fee for my dependents ( 50 pounds )?
