Hi All,

My friend's Tier 1 visa will be expiring in a month's time. The visa cannot be renewed as he was working and staying in India for the past year.

I wanted to know if he can re-apply for a fresh Tier 1 visa after a year if he is eligible. Or is there any rule that any individual can apply for fresh Tier 1 visa only once in his lifetime?
