Where are you required to show/proove that you have not claimed any public fund?

you don't need to prove it by any document.Just fill up that question by marking yes or No in the application form. They will verify by themselves

Does anybody know what to in case of any medical emergency during a HSMP visa in the UK.

Is there any type of medical insurance that is recommended for HSMP visa holders while looking for a job?

thanks,

NHS provide Free health Services to HSMP visa holders .
Medical Insurance is not required by law while looking for a job.

Just use the NHS like any other person who is entitled to use the NHS!

Ah ... are you thinking that the "No recourse to Public Funds" restriction on your visa stops all possible claims to "benefits" from the UK Government? If that is what you think then I have good news for you. "Public Funds" is defined in para 6 of the Immigration Rules, which can be linked to by clicking here.

Whilst the list includes important benefits such as Income Support, it does not contain any mention of the NHS, nor use of State Schools, nor any variety of maternity benefits.

As far as the NHS is concerned separate regulations stop visitors to the UK making full use of its facilities, but anyone living in the UK and that includes on a visa such as HSMP is fully entitled to use the NHS.
