Hi, what does it normally mean when you receive a letter saying a decision has been made on your application and most of your supporting documents returned. Is that normally positive or otherwise?

I'm no expert in these things but I'm fairly sure it means you will be hearing from them shortly over the matter - they have decided and will make their decision known very soon.
