Thanks everyone "dr in distress,AANWAR,tsadeel79,razian97.

Its not complete story and the complete story is very horrible. The ECO has retained my original work permit letter and I have to fight for my letter as well.

tsadeel79
Actually dear I do agree that fees are not more than 500-1000 but my case was very complicated. And due to providing falsified document according to ECO and the immigration crime with para 320 there was a ban on my family for 10 years, so it was not easy, otherwise with normal refusal you can apply new application or appeal it without solicitor. Allah pak is say ap sab ko mahfooz rakhay. Ameen

Secondly you know my family's visa refusal is not the only pain for me. The organization who was dealing with my case has been shutdown by SRA(Solicitor regulation authority). They kept all files and money in their possession. So I have paid more fee to another solicitor to take over my case that's why.

But I would like to know the solicitor name and firm you have used. Let me know on this thread otherwise my email id is.

iftikhar4jan@yahoo.com

Thanks for your help.

Hi all,

The official notarized true translation in Karachi does not contain the translator's address on it which is a requirement in the guidelines.

Apparently, the translator does not have any address stamp but willing to give his visiting card that has the address.

Will that suffice ? What did you guys do about it ?

my staus update

Thank you for your email of enquiring about the progress of your visa application. I can confirm that the application has been processed and you will hear shortly from the Visa Application Centre (Gerry's) about how you can collect your documents. Please do not contact Gerry's directly as they will be in touch with you as soon as they receive your paperwork. You can track the whereabouts of your documents at www.ukvacpk.com
