After waiting for 13 weeks, i have had a you were not in when we tried to deliver note in my mail box. I now believe the parcel i missed has my decision in it as i was not expecting any parcels and also rang round to check. The strange thing is that based on the note it is not recorded delivery or even more worryingly not enclosed in the special delivery envelope i enclosed with the application. I am going to take it tomorrow. Is it common for them to do this? Does it mean i have been refused? any thoughts?
