i got my HSMP Visa on 15 april07 but entered in uk on 28 june 07 , already extended my visa to tier1 , will i need 2nd extension before LIR

Your ILR will be due 28 days before 28 june 12.. But by then there wont be any ILR (as per current proposal).

Under current rules, if your current leave expires more than 28 days before 28-Jun-2012 then you'll need to apply for another extension.
