Query regarding Wage Slips endorsements

My organisation provides wage slips electronically (PDF) with the company logo on the top of the page.

Have the following queries:-

1. Is company seal (stamp) good enough to endorse the wage slips ??
2. Are signatures also required ??
3. If signatures are required, must it include the name and designation of the signatory ??

Its difficult to say if the company seal would be enough as that depends on how the case worker percieves it. If it is possible then I would advise you to get the signature with the designation done as well. It just adds more credibility to your documents.
