I am Non EU citizen, married to British wife(2 and half years) living legally in Ireland. I want to visit UK for 3 days.
Previously I was failed asylum seeker in UK four years ago and left without criminal record or deportation.Came to Ireland meet and married my lovely wife and get 5 years resident. Year ago I try to visit UK and I was refuse based that I apply for wrong visa(family member visa) and that they see my fingerprint. what kind of visa do you think I should apply and what should I do? Thank you very much. Your advice will be helpful.
