Maybe I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that they very strictly begin counting the 90-day period from the END of the statement, i.e. the last day on the statement backwards, not the first date on the statement forwards? Surely this shouldn't be counted against you, if it's meant to be backwards - shouldn't they be essentially ignoring any information more than 90 days prior to the end of the statement/when they receive the application?I sent bank statements from April 10 to August 10. My April statement included the first few days of May, which is when I deposited the maintenance funds and I intended the 90-day period to start then. They began considering the 90-days from the first date on my statement, however, so I was refused. I am making an appeal to show that I did have to maintenance for 90 days.
