English language eligibility for dependent

Hi all,

I have a quick question, do we require to prove English language eligibility for dependent as well.
If yes ,then what are the right document for it.
My wife has done MBA from India and her university is listed in point base system and as per system she is eligible for English language.
but do we have to provide PBS document for dependent as well .
