You should email the below and find out what is taking so long, they are quite helpful.

inshallah you will get the call soon!!! I dont think it goes longer than 16 week

Nope still not heard anything..13weeks 2day..no employer contact..status is still the same.

Alhamdulillah my wife got the visa.

She sent a family member with a letter of authority.

I pray everyone else waiting also has a positive outcome and thanks for all your help and support.

awww mashallah thaz great news congrats......plz do dua tha my hubby gets a call to pick his passport this week its our 16th week nw hw much mre do we have to wait......every one is in my duas plz do dua for me that my hubby gets a call and its a postive new inshallah it will be.

carrodo how did ur wife find out that her application was ready for collection was it by the status change or they called or txt ur wife?

Hi Yasmin, I canâ€™t believe you have still not been called to collect the documents, I really feel for you!

What I suggest you do is email them on both the email addresses below and say to them how long it has been and you are still waiting:

To: 'UKHUB.PakistanSettlementEnquiriesandComplaints@fco.gov.uk'
Cc: 'UKVisaSection.PakistanSettlementEnquiries@fco.gov.uk'

Specifically state that your advertised times are 12 weeks, but it has now been 16 weeks in your case, if possible also get your husband to send an email from his email address at the same time.

This is what we had to do and the following day status was updated to collection, donâ€™t know if that had anything to do with it, but it is worth a try, itâ€™s possible your documents are in Mirpur but just not been updated on their computer system, well thatâ€™s the excuse they used in my case!

The other thing you can do is get your MP involved, my MP was useless and didnâ€™t do anything but you never know yours might be able to help!

Goodluck hun, I really do hope you hear something soon, cos this is not fair.

hi hun hpe ur all good? i have tried all this hun me n my hubby have emailed them so many times even today and ther just keep saying u will just have to wait for the vac mirpur office to call u for the collection plz plz do dua that my hubby gets a call this week u dnt understand am sooooo stresssed u gt a cALL ON ur 16th week on a thursday i think am i right? may be my hubby might get a call this week and its postive news inshallah
